Quick Picante Salad

Ready in 20 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, combine:

1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 package taco seasoning mix

Set aside. On a baking sheet, put:

1 large (12-inch) partially baked pizza crust

On the crust, spread the seasoned refried beans. Pour
over it:

1-1/2 cups thick-n-chunky style salsa

Evenly spread the salsa. Top with:

1-1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes until cheese
has melted and edges of the crust are golden brown.

Before serving, garnish with:

1/2 cup ripe avocado, sliced into 1/2 inch cubes
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, coarsely-chopped
