Quick Creamed Vegetables
Ready in 15 minutes
4 servings
Heat a medium-sized skillet. Heat:
1 tablespoon olive oil
Add:
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small white onion, minced
Saute until translucent. Add:
1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted
Stir the vegetables and then stir-in:
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Simmer for a while until ingredients are heated through. If necessary, adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat. Garnish with:
1 teaspoon fresh marjoram or thyme, chopped
