Quick Fruits-n-Cream Tart
Ready in 15 to 20 minutes
6 to 8 servings
In a chilled mixing bowl, beat in high speed:
2 cups heavy cream, chilled
Reduce speed. Gradually add in:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
At high speed, continue beating until soft peaks form. Reduce beater speed again and mix in:
1 tablespoon brandy
Fold cream mixture into a bowl of:
1 can (38 ounces) fruit cocktail, well-drained and chilled
Arrange fruit-cream mixture into:
6 pieces to 8 pieces sweet dough pastry cups or tart shells, already baked
