St Patrick’s Day Lime Punch

1/2 gallon lime sherbet, softened in fridge before using
2 liters Sprite or 7-up
1/2 gallon lime sherbet, softened in fridge before using
2 liters Sprite or 7-up
1 1/4 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, unsalted
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flaked coconut

3 oz chilled good quality champagne
1/2 oz cognac
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
Serves 4
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup raspberries
2 cups cottage cheese
1 tsp apricot jelly
2 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
1 piece cinnamon stick (about 3)
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 firm pears
